We will rebate 15% of the commission (equal to 0.45% out of 3% commission) or $500, whichever is larger, to our buyers as a cash bonus

Already found the house you'd like to buy, but need an agent to represent you in the purchase? We will rebate an additional 15% of the commission for a total of 30%

Seller Listing Fee

Full service

Our commission rate is 2% on the first $300,000, then it drops to 1% on the next $300,000, and drops to 0.5% thereafter. The minimum commission is $2,000.
