When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you register as an agent, we also collect your phone number, brokerage name, website, service area cities, and fee/rebate information that you choose to share. We automatically collect certain usage data when you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to create and manage your account; to facilitate communication between buyers and agents; to send transactional emails such as password resets and account confirmations; to analyze usage patterns and improve user experience; and to comply with legal obligations. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
Agent profiles — including name, agency, service area, and fee/rebate information — are publicly visible to all visitors. Agent contact information (email and phone) is visible to registered users. We share data with third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, including cloud infrastructure (Supabase), payment processors, and analytics tools, only to the extent necessary to provide those services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features of the Service may not function correctly without them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
