New Home Buyer Rebate
Up to 1.5%Agent fee: up to 1.5%Same as resale house.
Resale Home Buyer Rebate
Up to 1.5%Agent fee: up to 1.5%Rebate will be 1%-1.5% of the sales price of the property. Properties purchased above $700,000 will receive a 1.5% rebate.
Rebates only apply on commissions that are paid by the seller and are 2.5% or greater. Rebates do not apply on properties that I am also the listing agent. Purchase price of the property must be $250,000 or higher
Seller Listing Fee
1%1% listing fee + 2% selling fee to the buyer's broker. Total fee to sell your property is 3%
If I represent both seller and buyer, I will reduce my commission even further and charge a total of 2% to sell your property.
Services include:
- You will be provided with recent comparable sales and a detailed analysis to determine an accurate list price for your property
- Your property will be extensively marketed throughout the MLS and syndicated to other internet sites such as Zillow, Redfin, Trulia and more. These sites will include many pictures and detailed descriptions to highlight your property.
- I will schedule open houses and/or install a lockbox to allow prospective buyers to view your property.
- I will negotiate with agents/buyers to get you the best price for your property. I will guide you throughout the entire escrow process from start to finish. I will do more for less.
