1.5% rebate (on 3% buyer commission)
If you are thinking about using Insight Realty on your new construction purchase, it’s important that you call and/or meet with us first. Then you’ll need to give the builder’s salesperson our information during your initial contact and again at the first meeting.
1.5% rebate. Full service.
We set up the appointments and show you the houses you want to tour for free. During the touring stage, be sure not to sign on with any other agents. Under PA law, you’re not represented by an agent until you have a written agreement with them.

With Insight Realty, you pay less commission without sacrificing the services or marketing you need. We use the same tools that the traditional (and big price tag) brokerages in Western Pennsylvania use...and a whole lot more.
First, we’ll perform a market analysis to help make sure your property is listed at the correct price.
From there, we represent all of our sellers throughout the entire process.
- We list your property on 80+ real estate websites like Realtor.com, Trulia, and Zillow through the MLS with professional photography and a detailed description.
- We provide all signage and send out postcards to get locate exposure.
- We set up automatic text alerts whenever an agent requests a showing of your home or leaves feedback.
- We provide an electronic lockbox for safe, secure, and easy showings on your terms.
- We personally show and sell the property to interested buyers.
- We review and negotiate all offers, handle agent phone calls and questions, and review all buyer qualifications.
- We coordinate home inspections, code inspections, and appraisals
- We negotiate repairs and inspection results
- We guide you through all necessary paperwork before, during, and after closing.
