Rebates & Fees

New Home Buyer Rebate

Resale Home Buyer Rebate

The rebate is up to 50% and subject to $9,000 minimum fee

Buyer clients are charged $500 up front when they engage us.

We include all the services you need in our flat fee including:

  • Home tours – we show you only the homes you want to see and give you our unvarnished opinion - we will never try to “sell” you;
  • Super-responsive, practical service (See our Testimonials);
  • Expert opinion of value (we provide a Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA, before you make an offer);
  • Contract drafting and expert negotiating on your behalf;
  • Drafting offers, counteroffers, notices, and other transactional correspondence;
  • Comprehensive legal advice and counsel that traditional real estate agents cannot legally provide – and aren’t qualified to offer;
  • Detailed contract review from a lawyer’s perspective, while watching out for your best interest;
  • Attendance at the inspection and appraisal;
  • Review of title, again with a lawyer’s eye;
  • Review of closing documents; and
  • Cash back at closing – the “WaLaw rebate” – up to 50% of the commission subject to our $9,000 minimum fee.
Seller Listing Fee
1% (Min $9,000)

1% listing fee is subject to a $9,000 minimum fee for homes that sell for less than $900,000.

Our fee includes everything below:

  • In-Home Consultation for advice on preparing your home for market;
  • Professional high definition photography;
  • Listing in the Northwest MLS which serves the Seattle metro area;
  • Syndication of your listing to other real estate related websites like Zillow and Trulia;
  • Market analysis to help you set your asking price;
  • A professional 4×4 yard arm “For Sale” sign;
  • Flyer box and full-color flyers;
  • An electronic keybox so agents can show your home without you present;
  • A public open house on the weekend or a brokers’ open during the week (your choice);
  • Legal counsel throughout the sale of your home;
  • Contract drafting and negotiation; and
  • Super-responsive, practical service
