25% of the Buyer Broker’s commission at closing (equal to 0.75% rebate out of 3% commission)
This applies to both resale and new home.
Still provide complete buyer representation. You can expect us to still show you homes of interest, write offers, negotiate on your behalf, coordinate home inspections, deal with home builder representatives, attend walk through appts, communicate with your lender, the title/escrow company and be at your side, representing your interests all the way through closing!
