NEW CONSTRUCTION BUYER REBATE AGREEMENT
The Buyer Rebate Agreement between us is simple, and involves you signing a one-page form stating that if you end up entering a contract to purchase a home from any builder in which I get paid a commission within 90 days and subsequently purchase that home within one year, I will then give you 60% of whatever commission I earn in that transaction. That New Construction Rebate Agreement does NOT commit you to anything, and only commits ME to paying YOU IF I end up making money. I normally prepare the document the day before you plan to visit the community, and we both sign electronically.
Qualifying for a buyer rebate does require a little bit of work on the buyer's part. Once you find one or more properties that you may be interested in, email BrokerJames@CaMagic.com and we would be more than happy to send you all the available seller disclosures, with no commitment from you. We will not, however, visit multiple properties with you. The video on the page you are currently looking at explains a process in which you can view each home you would like at any time you would like. If you can find the right house, we'll get ready to write your offer and prepare your Rebate Agreement.
