We give you a 50% rebate on new projects when you take us to your first appointment to represent you (equal to 1.5% rebate out of 3% commission).
We give you a 20% rebate from our buyer's agent commission to help pay your closing costs (equal to 0.6% rebate out of 3% commission)

- 2% Full Service Selling Option
We only charge 2%. If you do not close you pay us nothing. For a $1,000,000 property you save up to $10,000.
This is full service plus. You get everything you get from a full commission agent plus a lot of advantages.
- $3,500 Flat Fee Selling Option
The $3,500 commission you pay us comes out of your proceeds at closing, so if you do not close you pay us nothing.
The difference between our $3,500 flat fee service and full service is a Realtor does not go out to your property to meet you in person.
By eliminating the occasional face-to-face meeting with a full commission Realtor, we can save you $10,000 to $20,000 or more in commission.
To make the process of selling your home efficient, we do everything online and use email extensively for communication and signing.
