Up to 1 Service - $1,995
Every 1-2 showings = 1 Service, Every 1-3 offers = 1 Service, Every Inspection = 1 Service. A great example of a client using one serivce would be going to an open house having us write an offer. We handle everything all the way though closing and post close.
2 Services - $2,995
Our buyer might have us write up 3 offers and then attend an inspection and receive all the commission except $2,995
3 Services - $3,995
The buyers jouney might include seeing 4 homes, writing up offers on 3 and have ShopProp handle everything for them through close and post close issues.
4-5 or Unlimited Services -
$4,995-$5,995
The buyers might have worked with us for months before closing on a home and during that time we showed them 10+ homes and wrote up 10+ offers. Regardles of the amount of services, Shopprop's max share for homes under $700k is $4,995 and $5,995 for homes over $700k.`
4 options to choose
1. ShopProp Free ($0): List your home in the MLS for $0
ShopProp will list your home in the MLS for a $0 Listing fee. You can offer whatever commission you choose to the buyer's agent. ShopProp will not do a prelisting tour, support is via email only, you will be forwarded offers, we will not give advice on offers, handle timelines or paperwork. You can choose to have a sign for $200 and a realtors lockbox for $200. If ShopProp represents the buyes ShopProp will collect the buyer's agent. Upgrade at anytime.
2. ShopProp Free Plus ($995): Handle Paperwork
Everything in ShopProp Free plus we handle all the paperwork once you recieve an offer. This is perfect for a client that is OK with email support only and simply needs help with paperwork once an offer is received and they have decided on the offer they wish to take.
3. ShopProp Full ($1,995): Full service
ShopProp is our Full Service solution for our clients. We can charge what we do for this service because we have been focused on binging our cliens the best solutions at the lowest cost possible since 2006. Others focus on what is the Max they can charge seller and buyers.
4. ShopProp Full Plus ($2,995): Full service with a Kick
As you know by now our goal is to reduce commissions in the industry and make it more transparent. Our ShopProp Full Plus simply means that if you are a ShopProp Full customer and a buyer comes to ShopProp to write an offer on your property you will not have to pay the buyers agent commission. You simply will be charged an additional $1,000. ShopProp will represent both sides with your permission.
